Sending a text
Open the conversation and type in the composer. Sent texts show a delivery chip — sent, delivered, or failed — updated from carrier receipts. Hover a failed chip for the reason.
STOP / START opt-outs
Those keywords are handled first, before conversation routing.
Requirements
Two-way SMS needs your Twilio A2P 10DLC registration complete and SMS status = active (Settings → SMS). Until then, the Text channel can't send. Portal and email conversations work regardless.
