For any roll-off pull or swap on a rental term that bills tonnage, the office needs a weight ticket. Here's how the flow works, including when you have no signal at the landfill.
When the Card Shows Up
The Weight Ticket card appears on Pickup, Return, and Swap jobs that are tied to a rental term with tonnage billing configured. If the job isn't on a tonnage rental, the card doesn't render.
What to Enter
Save
Tap Save Weight Ticket.
Online save
The server stores the tons and ticket details on the job, re-runs the roll-off billing engine for the pull (haul line, tonnage overage charges, day overage, disposal passthrough), and shows a toast confirming how many charge lines were updated. If the job is already invoiced, the ticket saves but charges are not re-priced; the office adjusts manually if needed.
Offline save (no signal at the landfill)
Landfills are dead zones, that's why the flow is designed for it. Tap Save with no signal; the whole save queues to your device with a toast confirming it. When you get back into range, the app uploads the queued photo, replays the save, and prices the pull server-side automatically.
The Weight Nudge
If you try to mark a tonnage-billing pull complete without a weight ticket saved, you'll get a confirmation dialog explaining the rental bills tonnage overage but no ticket has been saved. You can complete now (the overage bills once the ticket is added) or enter the weight first.
