AI drafting is built into the New Message composer for every channel: email, text, and portal message. There is no separate AI Email button.
How to use it
- Email type (email only): Service Update, Reminder, Follow-up, Thank You, Promotional
- Tone: Professional, Friendly, Casual, Urgent, Appreciative
- What should it say?: a plain-English instruction, for example "Let them know service this weekend is moving to Monday."
Per-channel behavior

Nothing sends automatically
AI only fills the composer. You still review and click Send.
Where the AI Email button went
It was removed and folded into the composer. Same underlying AI, built into the compose flow instead of a separate button and modal.
If Write with AI isn't generating, the AI features need to be configured for your environment. Check with your admin.
