Repair Cost Summary (Per Unit)
Available on every Unit Repair Detail page, the Cost Summary shows:
Stat Tiles on Maintenance Tracker
At the top of the Maintenance Tracker, four stat tiles give overview metrics:
Average Days in Shop
The Avg Days In Shop stat tile shows the mean number of calendar days all currently in-shop units have been in the workshop, calculated from each unit's `workshop_intake_at` timestamp to today. If it's trending up, your repair cycle time is increasing a key efficiency KPI.
Chargebacks Recovered YTD
In the Maintenance History section below the Maintenance Tracker, a Chargebacks Recovered YTD stat card shows the total dollar amount of all paid chargeback invoices (invoices with `line_item_type = 'chargeback'` marked paid) since January 1st of the current year.
Export
The Maintenance History section supports export to CSV for any date range and product filter. Exported columns include all workshop fields: status, severity, damage types, cost, chargeback status, mechanic, days in shop. Use this for end-of-month reporting, insurance claims, or budget reviews.

The `workshop_repair_summary` database view aggregates per-unit:
