Logging In

Customer Requests Card
When customers have asked for something from their portal (more equipment, a service visit, a pickup, a dumpster, supplies, or a problem report) and the office hasn't handled it yet, a Customer requests card appears at the top of the dashboard for admins and dispatchers. It shows "N waiting" (plus "N urgent" when any are marked urgent) and the first three requests, urgent first, then oldest. Click a row to open that request, or View all to open Inbox → Requests. The card only appears while something is waiting. See Customer Requests (Inbox → Requests).
