Schedule a video meeting with your team or someone outside it, with its own link and a waiting room, and see who's in the room before you join.

Walking a venue with a new customer, or going over a site plan with a contractor? You can meet by video without sending anyone to another app. Meetings lists what's coming up and what's already happened. Each one shows when it is, who set it up, who's in the room right now, and a button to join. Click Schedule. Every meeting gets its own room and its own link. Mark it external when a customer, vendor or prospect is joining. With the waiting room on, outside guests wait until you let them in, and you get a notification the moment someone arrives. Pick the day, time and length, and invitees get the link. And the calendar view shows the month, so you can see what's on before you book another.
