A festival calls. They need four restrooms and a hand wash station for a weekend in November, and they'd like a price. Here's how that quote comes together. From Financials, Quotes, click New Quote. Recurring service is for sites you'll keep servicing. A weekend rental is one-time. Pick that one. Then find the customer. Choose the site. If there's no venue yet, skip this step. The quote works without one. Now add what they need. Each item shows how many are free on the dates you're quoting, not just how many you own. Four restrooms, then a hand wash station. Rates come from your price list, and any line can be changed. Want to give them a choice? Turn the quote into good, better and best options, and let them pick. A delivery charge goes underneath the lines. The site plan is optional. Drop pins to show where each unit will stand. Next, the rental window. Tap the first day and the last. Rental lines price off the length of the stay, and the pickup lands the day after. Review shows the total before tax. If you take deposits, ask for one here. The customer pays it when they accept, and the booking confirms itself. Save the draft, then send it from the quote. The customer can read it, sign and accept online.
