Your crew already messages each other all day. Team Chat keeps those conversations on everyone's work login, instead of scattered across personal phones. Team Chat opens on your channels. Channels are group conversations by topic, like dispatch, the shop, or safety. Star the ones you use most to keep them on top. Direct messages are one-on-one, or a small group. React with an emoji when a reply would just be noise. Type at the bottom, and use the plus button to add photos and files. Start a video meeting right from a channel. From a direct message, you can call a teammate straight to their phone. Radio is the push-to-talk side. Every radio message is saved here by channel, with a transcript, so nobody has to ask what was said. Drivers press Hold to talk in the app, and everyone on that channel hears it live, in the office and in the trucks.
