A customer needs two units on their site next week. Here's the whole booking, from the phone call to the schedule. Click Schedule Job. Find the customer. Their contact comes along, so the driver knows who to call. Pick the kind of job. Renting units out is a delivery. Now the dates. Tap the delivery day. Then the last day they're needed. The pickup is booked for the day after. Scheduling suggestions show drivers already working near this site on nearby days, so the stop fits into a route. Next, the site. Saved addresses are right there, or add a new one. A driver and truck are optional here. Leave them for dispatch, or pick them now for the delivery and the pickup. Then the equipment. Search your inventory. Each item shows how many are in the yard and how many are free for these dates. Add two. The line takes your catalog price, and you can change it for this job. The pickup brings every unit back. Review shows the whole order before anything is booked. Create Job, and the delivery and its pickup are on the schedule, ready for a driver.
