Birthday notifications let PortaPro nudge office staff before a team member's or customer contact's birthday, so there's time to start a card. Notifications go into the notification bell (top-right of the app) and respect each user's existing quiet-hours preferences.

What you can control
Who receives the reminders
Every active admin and dispatcher in your org gets each reminder. Field techs, drivers, mechanics, and customers don't. Each recipient's user-level notification preferences apply (they can silence "team-related" notifications from their own notification settings if they don't want them).
When they arrive
Once daily, in your org's timezone (from Settings → Company). If a birthday matches today or today + advance-notice days, that day's cron fires the reminder. PortaPro tracks which reminders it's already sent so you don't get the same "Sarah's birthday in 3 days" ping twice.
