Cards is PortaPro's group greeting card feature. Use it to celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, farewells, and other milestones — for your team members and your customers. Cards includes:
You'll find Cards in the sidebar under Cards (in the "Management & Admin" group), and its notification settings under Settings → Cards & Birthdays.
Who can use it
Only admins and dispatchers can create and manage cards. Anyone with a signature link — including people without a PortaPro account — can sign. Cards is included on the Growth plan and above.
