A Celebration Card is one group greeting card that your whole team signs. You
create the card once, share one link, and everyone adds a message (and a GIF
if they like) from whatever device they have. The person being celebrated gets
one email that opens the finished card. Drivers who are never in the office can
sign from the cab.
Where to find it
Click Celebrate in the main navigation. It sits in the Management &
Admin group, between Marketing and Reports, and its page lists your
cards. Settings for birthday reminders are in Settings → Cards & Birthdays,
and the gift card connection is in Settings → Gift Cards (both in the
Customers & Growth group of Settings).

The Celebrate page
The page has two tabs at the top:
collecting signatures or has a send time set.
list (Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, or pick dates).
Search finds cards by title, recipient or occasion. Create card starts a
new one. On the right, Upcoming birthdays lists team and customer contact
birthdays in the next 30 days, each with its own Create card button. See
The three links
Most questions about cards come down to which link someone has.
add a message. It shows the card, the message box and every message so far.
It never shows the recipient's email address or the gift card.
email when the card is sent. It shows the finished card and, if you attached
one, the button to claim their gift card.

The signature and recipient links can't be guessed, and having the link is
what gives access. That is why a driver can sign without an account, and why
you should only send the recipient link to the recipient.
Card status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Collecting | The card is open and the signature link works. No send time is set, so you send it by hand. |
| Scheduled | Same as Collecting, but a send date and time is set. Signatures keep coming in until it goes out. |
| Sent | The card was emailed. A sent card is frozen: no new signatures, no design edits, no message removals. |
Freezing is deliberate. The recipient has already seen the card, so it must
not change afterwards.
