Cards uses birthdays stored on your team-member profiles and customer contacts. Only the month and day are captured — never the year — so there's no age or year-of-birth data on file. Both fields are optional; leave them blank if you'd rather not track someone's birthday.
Add or update a team member's birthday
The birthday is immediately available to the birthday-reminder cron and the "Upcoming birthdays" widget on the Cards dashboard.
