# Scheduled Reports Automatic Year-End Delivery

Pre-Built Report Templates

PortaPro offers three pre-built scheduled report templates under Analytics → Reports → Saved Reports:

1. Monthly P&L

What: Monthly Profit & Loss summary (revenue, expenses, net profit, margin %)

When: 1st of each month at 8:00 AM (covers prior month)

Format: PDF or CSV

2. Quarterly Tax Summary

What: Tax-ready expense and revenue summary for the quarter

When: April 1 / July 1 / October 1 / January 1 at 8:00 AM

Format: PDF or CSV

Good for: Operators making estimated quarterly tax payments (Form 1040-ES)

3. Year-End Schedule C Export

What: Complete Schedule C summary for the prior tax year

When: January 10 (second week of January) at 8:00 AM

Format: PDF + CSV (both attached)

Lands in your inbox the same week most accountants start asking for documents

Setting Up a Scheduled Report

Go to Analytics → Reports → Saved Reports

Scroll to the Report Templates section

Find the template you want (e.g., "Year-End Schedule C Export")

Click Activate

Enter:

- Recipients email(s) add your accountant's email directly here

- CC email (optional)

- Notes (optional)

Click Save / Activate

Report shows status: Active next delivery on [date]

Pausing or Canceling a Scheduled Report

Go to Analytics → Reports → Saved Reports

Find the active report template

Click Pause to temporarily suspend delivery

Click Delete to remove the subscription entirely

You can reactivate at any time.
