Before a truck leaves the yard, Inventory → Warehouse → Load plan shows, for each truck on a day:
Warehouse appears when Track item movement is on (Settings → Item Movement).
Set it up once
Weigh your gear. Open a product and fill in Shipping:
A product with no weight is listed as "Not weighed yet, so not counted" on the plan, so you always know when a number is partial. Nothing is guessed.
Set each truck's limits. Open the vehicle in Fleet and fill in Load limits:
Sizes and weights follow your measurement setting (pounds and feet, or kilograms and metres).
Read the plan
Pick the day in Going out on (it opens on tomorrow). Each truck shows:
A job rides the truck set on the job, otherwise its driver's truck. Jobs with neither are grouped under No truck yet. Stops follow the day's route plan when there is one, otherwise their times.
Print the loading sheet
Loading sheet on a truck (or Print all trucks) prints the gear in loading order with a checkbox per line, an "Unload at stop N" divider before each stop, and each trip on its own page.
Load onto the right truck
On Pull sheets, pick Loading onto before you load or scan. Each load then records the truck. If you scan gear for a job that is planned on a different truck, PortaPro loads it and warns you: "This goes on Truck 2." Drivers loading in the driver app load onto their own truck automatically.
What it doesn't do (yet)
Route Plan doesn't use weight or space when it builds routes; the load plan reads the routes you already have. There is no 3D packing diagram.
