What each row shows
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Date | When the visit was completed, in your company's time zone. |
| Service | Service, Cleaning, Maintenance or Swap, with the job number. |
| Site | The address that was serviced. |
| Driver | Who was assigned to the job. |
| Gallons | Gallons pumped, when the driver recorded them. |
