Drafts, sent, opened, and signed, counted across the top. Anything still waiting on a signature is listed first, so you know who to nudge. Open one to see who it went to and when. The audit trail records each step, from created and sent to opened and signed. Templates hold your standard wording, like a rental agreement or a septic pumping authorization, with the signature fields already placed. To send one, click Send Agreement. Four steps: who it's for, who signs, the document and where they sign, then a last look before it goes. They sign on their phone, and the signed copy comes back to you.
