A customer asks for twenty units next Saturday. Can you say yes? Inventory answers that, and tells you where every unit is right now. Each card is a product you rent, with how many are free today. Along the top: add-ons, a map of where units stand, GPS trackers, the repair workshop, and more. Search by unit number, product, or the tool number molded into the plastic. Or scan the QR tag on a unit, or snap a photo of its number, to jump straight to it. If you rent more than restrooms, switch between sanitation, roll-offs, event gear, fencing and power. Filter to what's running low, or already out. A card shows the price, how many are free, and how many sites they're spread across. Open it to see the whole product. Its tabs hold the unit list, units in the workshop, colors and sizes, and the yards they're stored at. Here's the split right now: how many are free, how many are out on rent, and how many are being fixed. And every unit has its own code and status, so you always know whether it's in the yard, out on a job, or in the shop.
