Transcript
Here's how a stop gets finished from your phone, from the moment you park. Today lists every stop on your route in order, with the time and the address. Tap the stop to open it. Services to Provide tells you what you're there for. Here, two standard units. When you're ready, tap Begin Completion. Start Service stamps the time and where you are. Then pick how it went. Completed is right even if a unit was empty. Partial and Unable ask for a reason and a photo. Add a photo or a short note when there's something the office should know. Then tap Complete Service. The stop is marked complete for dispatch, and your next one is waiting on Today.
