Tap any job on Today (or a customer name on Today's Route) to open it.
The job opens as a full-height sheet with the job number and status at the
top. This article covers what's on it and how to finish the stop: starting,
filling in the service, photos, signatures and the proof the customer gets.

Start and finish the job
What Update Status shows depends on the job.
Jobs with a service line (most service stops) show Begin Completion,
which opens the Complete Service screen (below).
Other jobs:
report forms assigned, the button reads Start Service Report instead.

from the stop in a straight line, then sends you to Disposal.
Reverse Status undoes a start or a completion if you tapped by mistake.
Also under Update Status:

the customer has opted out it says Customer has texts turned off.

won't be recorded, and you can still carry on.

is filled in.
The screen shows the customer, address, unit and last service (with gallons)
at the top so you know what you're walking up to.
An Unable stop keeps the job open so dispatch can reschedule it, and it
shows up for them as a missed stop with your reason.
No signal? The footer warns that you're offline, and tapping Complete
Service saves the completion on the phone.
It sends when you're back in coverage. See Offline mode.
Proof of Service: photos and signatures
The Proof of Service section on the job collects photos of your work and
the customer's signature. Tap Add Photo or Get Signature (Re-sign
once there is one). The section header counts what you've captured.
Every photo taken with the camera in the app gets a strip printed along the
bottom: the date and time in your company's time zone, the GPS position with
its accuracy, and your company name. If the phone can't get a location in a
few seconds the strip says Location unavailable; PortaPro never guesses. A
photo picked from your phone's library is marked as from the photo library
and gets no location. Signatures are never stamped. Offline, the photo is
stamped on the phone and uploads later.
Your company can send the customer an automatic "service completed" email or
text with a link to these photos. See
Proof of service and the completion notice.
Units serviced
On a service stop, tap Scan a unit and scan the tag on each unit you
service (or type its number), then Scan another unit for the next. Each
scanned unit's history then says the service was recorded on that unit.
