A rental that needs a signed agreement used to mean two emails and a phone call to ask whether either one came back. Now the agreement goes out with the quote. Open the quote you're ready to send. Click Send, the same as always. Under the email and phone is a new section, Agreement to sign. It lists your templates that have a document attached. Tick the agreement for this job. Up to three can go with one quote. Turn on Customer must sign before accepting if the price only stands once the paperwork is done. The customer gets one email with the PDF, the quote link and the signing link. No second request to sign. On their quote page, the agreement sits right above the accept step, with whether it's signed yet. Signing opens in a new tab. When they come back, the page has already caught up. Until then, Accept waits and says why, so nobody books work on an unsigned rental. Every customer's profile now shows where their agreements stand, awaiting a signature or signed. Click it to open Documents, where the signed copy is filed with the customer.
