A day full of stops and a handful of drivers. Working out who goes where by hand can eat your whole morning. Here it takes one click. Route Plan works one day at a time. The week strip shows each day's jobs, and how full the trucks are. Before you build, this line checks the basics: drivers, addresses on the map, and where the trucks start. Ready to build means you're good to go. Set when the day starts, which kinds of jobs to include, and the yard the trucks leave from and come back to. Click Plan day. Every stop goes to a driver, and each route is put in the order with the least driving. If the plan had to fill a gap, it tells you up top. Here it used service times learned from past stops, and it's asking for tank sizes so it can add dump runs. A full day looks like this: a colored route for each driver, every stop numbered. Each driver's stops, hours and miles are listed beside the map. Lock a stop if it has to stay where it is. When it looks right, Push to drivers puts the route on each driver's phone.
