Most of what a customer sees of your company happens when nobody from the office is on the phone. The portal, your website forms, a review request, a birthday card. This group of settings shapes all of it. In Settings, scroll down to Customers and Growth. Customer Experience controls your customer portal. Hide employee names, and customers see your company name in support messages instead of a person's. Let customers update their own contact details, like email, phone and who gets invoices. Each change saves right away and shows in the customer's Activity, so the office always knows. Driver messaging decides whether drivers can answer customer messages from the app. It's off here, so customer conversations stay in the office Inbox. Even when it's on, drivers never see internal notes. Lead Sources is the list you pick from when a new lead comes in, so you can see later which channels actually pay. Add your own, like a trade show or a radio spot. Your website lead form lives here too. Copy the link, or paste the embed code into your site, and every submission becomes a lead in Leads and Deals. Set the brand color and tagline, and check the live preview before it goes on your site. Septic Reminders turns on the pump-out reminder program, so homeowners can sign themselves up. Choose when reminders go out before the predicted due date, which channels customers can pick, and a default interval for tanks nobody has described. The sign-up form has its own link and embed code, ready for your website. Online Booking lets customers pick items and dates on your website and pay a deposit. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it. This company takes twenty-five percent up front. Only the products you switch on appear, with live availability. Kits and tent systems can't be booked online yet, and the list says so. Cards and Birthdays reminds the office ahead of a team member's or a customer contact's birthday, with time to get a group card signed. Reviews and Reputation sets up review requests. Smart requests ask every eligible customer for an honest review, and give unhappy ones a private way to tell you first. Requests only go out once you enable them. You can also hold a request while a customer has an open support ticket or an overdue invoice. They still get asked, just after it's resolved. Write the email in your own words, with a preview, and add a text message version if you like. Gift Cards connects your own Tremendous account, so a celebration card can carry a gift card. It's paid from your Tremendous balance, and PortaPro never holds the money. Agreements lets you mark templates every customer must sign. A template needs a document before it can be required. Automatic reminders email anyone who hasn't signed yet, on the schedule you choose, up to a maximum. Last, under Workspace, Walkthroughs. Each one highlights the real screens step by step, and never adds sample data. Start one any time a new person joins the office.
