Billing Options control how you charge customers and what billing features are available when creating jobs and quotes.

Enable Hourly Billing Option

This toggle enables manual entry of hourly rental items in jobs:

When Enabled:

  • Job creation includes an "Hourly Items" section
  • You can add one-off items with custom hourly rates
  • Useful for tables, chairs, or equipment without catalog entries

    • When Disabled:

  • Only cataloged products appear in job creation
  • Hourly billing section is hidden

    • Configuring Hourly Billing

  • Navigate to Settings → Company
  • Find the Billing Options card
  • Toggle Enable Hourly Billing Option on or off
  • Changes save automatically

    • Default Delivery Fee

    Set a standard delivery fee that auto-populates on new jobs:

  • Click Edit on Company Information
  • Enter your default delivery fee amount
  • Save changes

    • This fee can be adjusted per-job but provides a consistent starting point.

    Default Deposit Percentage

    Default Deposit Percentage is the percentage a new quote starts with. Set it under Settings → Finance → Deposits & Delivery → Deposit Settings, next to the Enable Deposits master switch. You can change it on each quote.

    Jobs don't use this default. To take a deposit on a job, open the job and choose Request Deposit. See Deposits.
