Settings Overview

Company Profile
Settings, Company: Company Identity, Contact Details, Address & Hours, Business Hours and Defaults for New Customers, and where each value appears.
Company Branding: Logo, Site Icon, and Brand Color
Your logo, site icon and brand color: file requirements, where each one appears, and how they differ from Stripe's own branding.
Payments and Stripe
Connecting Stripe, processing pricing (flat-rate or standard), payouts, payment methods, where customers pay online, and card on file.
Customer Experience
Settings, Customer Experience: the Customer Portal switches for employee names, online status and business hours.
Billing Options
Configure hourly billing, default delivery fees, and the default deposit percentage for new quotes.
Connect PortaPro to Claude or ChatGPT
Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your customers, balances, credits, invoices, jobs and reports in plain English, or have it turn your old customer list into a PortaPro import. Read-only: it can look things up but never change anything.
Email Notifications
Which emails tell your team about customer requests and portal messages, and where each one is switched on or off.
Push Notifications
Push alerts go to the PortaPro Field Operations app on your phone. Turn push on in the app, test it, and choose which alerts push from a phone or a computer.
Default State and Address Pre-fill
Set your state once and PortaPro pre-fills the State field on new customer and site addresses. It's a suggestion, never a restriction, and customer import ignores it entirely.
