How people join
Nobody is added to your team directly. You send an invitation, the person
opens the email, sets up their sign-in, and they join with the role you
picked. Until they accept, they are listed under Pending Invitations.
Who can invite whom
with "Dispatchers can only invite drivers".
Invite one person
shared devices are turned on, Shared truck device is also offered.
Inviting someone as Admin asks you to confirm first (Invite as
Admin?), because an admin has full access to the account.
The invite form doesn't offer Mechanic. To add a mechanic, invite them
as a driver and change their role to Mechanic in Edit Profile once they
have joined, or list them as `mechanic` in a spreadsheet import (below).
Invite a shared truck device
A shared truck device is a login for the tablet that rides in one truck,
not for a person. It appears in the role list only while Settings → Shared
Devices is turned on.

The invitation email
The person gets one email, branded with your company name, logo and
colour, and sent through your company's email settings. Its subject reads
"Access Your <company> Account" and its button reads Access Account. A
shared truck device gets a set-up email with a Set Up Device button
instead.
PortaPro's sign-in service does not send a second, generic email.
Pending invitations
Under Pending Invitations, each invite shows the person's name, email,
role and Pending, plus "Expires in N days". The list counts 30 days
from when the invite was sent. After that the row reads Expired with
"Invitation expired. Delete and invite again to grant access."
Invites sent from Hiring carry a From Hiring tag.
Withdraw an invitation
The link stops working right away. Owners and admins can withdraw any
invite; dispatchers can withdraw driver invites only.
Resend an invitation
There is no resend button. Delete the invitation and send a new one.
What happens when they accept
invitation leaves the Pending list.

Someone hired through Hiring who is a driver also gets the license and
medical card details from their application filled into the empty fields
of their Driver Details. See Hiring.
Invite many people from a spreadsheet
`last_name`, `email`, `role` and `notes`. First name, last name and
email are required.

Organize my roster.
review: a missing field, an invalid email, a duplicate row in the file,
or "Already on your team or already invited".
A role PortaPro doesn't recognise becomes Tech / Driver; you can see
it in the preview. Spreadsheet imports accept `admin`, `dispatcher`,
`driver` and `mechanic`. Invitations go out one at a time and you can
pause, resume and retry the ones that failed. Each person gets the same
branded email as a single invite.
The dispatcher rule still applies: a dispatcher's import can only invite
drivers.
