Every card has one signature link. Anyone who has it can sign: no login, no
PortaPro account and no app. Drivers, seasonal help and the shop can all add a
message from their phones.
Share the signature link
Open the card and click Copy signature link. It is also in the ⋮ menu on
the card's row in the Celebrate list. Paste it into Team Chat, a group text or
an email, wherever your crew reads things. The card page reminds you: "Share
the signature link with the team, anyone with the link can sign, no login
needed."
Send to team
Send to team (on the card page; Invite team to sign in the ⋮ menus)
sends the link for you. Pick people from your active team, with a search box
and Select all, then click Send to N team members. You can send to up
to 100 people at a time.
Each person gets a bell notification, "A card is waiting for your signature",
and an email with the subject "Sign {name}'s {occasion} card" and a Sign the
card button.
Left out of the list automatically:
aren't invited to sign their own card.
Anyone not in the list can still sign if you send them the link directly.
What a signer sees
The signature page shows the card as the recipient will see it, header photo
included, then an Add your message box and every message so far. New
messages appear on their own about every 20 seconds.
To sign:

If the name or message is empty, the page says "Add your name and a message."
GIFs and stickers
Add a GIF opens a picker with GIFs and Stickers tabs, powered by
KLIPY. Leave the search empty to browse what's trending, or type to search.
Pick one to attach it. Change GIF swaps it and the × removes it. Only
images from the picker can be attached; a GIF address pasted from elsewhere is
refused with "That image can't be attached".
If the picker says "GIF search isn't configured yet", GIF search is not turned
on for your account. Signing still works, just without images.
Removing a message
messages you posted from that same browser. If you cleared your browser data
or switched devices, ask the office to remove it.

Messages can only be removed before the card is sent.
Limits
When signing closes
When the card is sent, the signature page replaces the message box with "This
card has been delivered, signing is closed. Thanks for celebrating!" Anyone
still typing gets "This card has already been sent and can no longer be
signed." Scheduling the send for late morning gives early and night crews a
chance to sign.
