Sharing the signature link with your team

Every card has a signature link — one URL that lets anyone add a message to the card. Signers don't need a PortaPro account.

You have two ways to share it.

Option A — Copy and paste

On the card detail page (or the Cards dashboard), click Copy signature link. The button flashes green when the link is on your clipboard.

Paste the link anywhere — Slack, email, a group text, a team channel. Anyone with the link can sign the card.

On the card detail page, click Send to team.

In the dialog that opens, search or scroll to find the teammates you want to send to.

Check each one, or click Select all at the top.

Click Send to N team members.

Each teammate you selected gets:

An in-app notification (bell icon, top right of the app).

An email with the signature link.

The card's recipient is automatically hidden from the picker — you can't accidentally invite them to sign their own card.

Send to team respects each teammate's notification preferences and quiet hours. Someone who's opted out of team notifications won't get the email.

The signature link is the same every time — signers don't need a fresh link each round.

Anyone with the link can sign. Treat it like any other shareable Google Doc-style link.
