Three settings in Settings → Company control how your business looks to customers everywhere PortaPro shows them a page or sends them an email: your logo, your site icon (the browser tab icon), and your brand color.
Set all three. Together they mean a customer following a payment link, accepting a quote, or signing into their portal sees *your* business, not PortaPro's.

CB-1: Logo
Your wordmark or full logo, shown at readable size inside pages and documents.
To upload: Settings → Company → the Company Identity card → the Company Logo row. It opens Manage Company Logo.
Requirements:
Where it appears:
Hiding the Logo on Auth Pages
A No logo toggle sits beside the logo settings. Turning it on hides the logo placeholder on your login and logout pages, useful if you haven't uploaded a logo yet and don't want an empty placeholder showing, or if your logo doesn't suit those layouts.
---
CB-2: Site Icon (Browser Tab Icon)
The small square image shown in the browser tab, the favicon. This is separate from your logo, and it's what replaces the default PortaPro icon on every page your customers see.
To upload: Settings → Company → Site Icon.
Requirements:
Design tip: use a simple mark, symbol, or monogram, not your full wordmark. Tab icons render at roughly 16×16 pixels, where detailed logos become an unreadable smudge. The upload preview shows the icon at actual tab size so you can check it survives.
Where it appears, the browser tab of every customer-facing and tenant page:
Fallback order: site icon → your logo → the default PortaPro icon. So uploading a logo already improves the tab icon; a dedicated square site icon just does it better. Removing your site icon falls back to your logo.
Tip: Browsers cache favicons aggressively. After uploading, you may need a hard refresh, or a private/incognito window, to see the change on a page you've already visited.
---
CB-3: Brand Color
A single hex color used for accents on customer-facing surfaces.
To set: Settings → Company → the pencil on Company Identity → Brand Color.
Where it appears:
The button label color is chosen automatically for contrast, so a dark brand color gets white text and a light one gets dark text. If you don't set a brand color, these buttons use the standard PortaPro blue.
---
CB-4: Stripe's Own Branding (Separate)
The branding above is PortaPro's. Stripe keeps its own separate branding settings for the receipts and emails Stripe itself sends, configured in your Stripe Express Dashboard under Settings → Branding (logo up to 512KB, plus brand colors).
Set both if you want a customer's Stripe payment confirmation to match your PortaPro-branded receipt. Stripe logo changes can take up to 15 minutes to propagate.
