Agreements tab
The Agreements tab shows the service agreements your provider has sent you, grouped by what needs your attention:

Signing an agreement
Downloading a signed agreement
Signed agreements offer Download Signed, which opens the countersigned PDF.
Customers often need to produce a signed service agreement months later, for a general contractor, an event venue, or their own accounting, and this keeps it one click away.
If there's no signing button
An agreement waiting on you but without an available signing link shows a short explanation pointing you to the signature request email. If that email never arrived, contact your service provider.
Email-only agreements
If your service provider chose to deliver an agreement by email only, it won't appear in the portal by design. The emailed link is your route to it.
