Anything a customer would otherwise phone the office about starts from one
button, Make a request. Every request then appears under Your
requests on the Overview page with where it stands.
Where to find Make a request
Operations → Units open the same form, already set to that choice.
On a phone the form opens as a panel from the bottom of the screen.
What you can ask for
What do you need? offers:
| Choice | What it's for |
|---|---|
| More equipment | Extra units, add-ons or a package |
| A dumpster | A new roll-off delivered to your location (opens the dumpster form) |
| A service visit | Cleaning, pump-out, an extra visit or a repair |
| Pick up units | Take some or all units away |
| Swap, pick up or extend a dumpster | For a dumpster you already have (jumps to your Dumpsters section) |
| Report a problem | Damaged, tipped over, needs cleaning… |
| Supplies | Toilet paper, sanitizer and other supplies (opens Consumable Requests) |
The two dumpster choices appear only when the company rents dumpsters, and
Supplies only when the company's plan includes supply requests.

Withdrawing a request
A request nobody has acted on yet has a Withdraw link. It asks
Withdraw this request? ("We'll stop working on it. You can send a new
request any time."). Keep it leaves it; Withdraw request cancels it,
it reads Cancelled, and your messages get "Request withdrawn." A request
the office has already acted on can't be withdrawn. To change a supply
request, message the office.

On the Growth plan and above, the Consumable Requests section lets you
