When your service provider rents roll-off dumpsters, the portal overview shows a Dumpsters section. It doesn't appear for a company that doesn't rent roll-offs.
What you see
Each dumpster on your site is listed with its size and number (for example "20 Yd Roll-Off #1019"), the location, how many days it has been on site, and its pickup date with the days left ("Pickup Sun, Oct 4 · 3 days left"). Once the pickup date passes it reads "2 days past the pickup date". A dumpster that is booked but not delivered yet reads "Delivery scheduled".
Asking for something
- Request a swap: an empty box for the full one. Add a date if you have one.
- Schedule pickup: you're done with it. Add a date if you have one.
- Extend rental: pick the New pickup date (after the current one).
Tap Send request. The request shows as a "Swap requested" (or Pickup / Extension) tag on the dumpster, and you can't send the same kind twice for one dumpster while it's waiting: a second swap request on the same box is refused with "You already asked for a swap on this dumpster."
What happens next
Your provider sees the request right away in their request queue and is notified by bell, push and email. They answer in your portal messages: "Your swap is scheduled for Tue, Oct 6", "Your rental is extended. New pickup date: Tue, Oct 20", or a note if they can't do it as asked. Dumpster requests are listed with everything else you've asked for in Your requests on the Overview page, as "Dumpster · Swap" (or New dumpster, Pickup, Extension), with the status Requested, Scheduled, Done, Declined or Cancelled. When the job they booked is done, the request reads Done on its own.

Changing your mind
A request that is still waiting has a Withdraw link in Your requests. Confirm "Withdraw this request?" and it is withdrawn; it leaves your provider's queue and reads Cancelled. A request the office has already acted on can't be withdrawn; message them instead.
Staff viewing your portal in read-only mode see the section but can't send requests.
