Getting there
Settings → Service Territories in the sidebar. Full URL pattern:
`app.portaprosoftware.com/t/<your-org-slug>/settings/service-territories`.
The list
The page shows a table with one row per territory:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Color | The color swatch used on maps and badges |
| Name | The territory name |
| Boundary | Badge, `zip`, `polygon`, or `hybrid` |
| ZIPs | How many ZIP codes are attached |
| Drivers | How many drivers are assigned (primary + backup) |
| Schedule days | How many day-of-week rows are configured |
| Target stops | Target stops per day (or `—` if none set) |
| Active | Toggle to disable without deleting |
| Actions | Pencil = edit, red trash = delete |
The Active toggle
Every territory has an Active toggle right in the list. Turning it off:
Active is reversible; flipping it back on restores everything. Use this
when a territory is temporarily out of rotation (a crew is on vacation, a
route is paused for a season) instead of deleting it.
Deleting a territory
Click the trash icon on any row. A confirmation dialog appears; clicking
Delete performs a soft delete. That means:
you don't lose history.
If you deleted a territory by mistake, contact PortaPro support; the row
can be restored administratively.
Deep links
The URL supports two query parameters that other parts of the app use to
send you here:
territory (used by the dispatch cockpit's "Edit territory" button).
The parameter is stripped after the sheet opens so the URL stays clean.
Empty state
If you haven't created any territories yet, the page shows a Create your
first territory button in place of the table. You can also click the
blue Create Territory button in the header at any time.
