Under Operations, the Units view shows the equipment at your sites
and the Jobs view shows upcoming visits, service history and the
service report for each visit.

Units are grouped by type, for example "Standard Unit" or "ADA", with a
count for each. Click a type to open it. Grid shows each unit as a small

Where your units are (GPS)
When some of your units carry a GPS tracker, a map titled Where your
units are appears above the list. "Solid markers are live tracker
positions; rings are where each unit was placed." Under the map each tracked
unit shows when it went on site and either "At its placement" or how far it
is from where it was placed, with how long ago the tracker last reported.
Without tracked units the map doesn't appear.

The badge shows the job's status in words, for example Pending,

Anything the company marks as internal is left out, on screen and in the
PDF. When a job has more than one report, the latest is shown.
A completed visit with no report says "No service report was filed for this
visit." There is no "report pending" state: a report is either there or it
isn't. If you expected one, ask the company.
Invoices for a billing period can also show the visits behind them. See
Service details for this invoice in
Invoices, Payments and Statements.
