Your bookkeeper lives in QuickBooks, or Xero, or FreshBooks. PortaPro can feed it, so nobody types an invoice in twice. Connections live under Financials, Integrations. Everything flows one way. PortaPro is where you bill, and your accounting software stays the ledger. QuickBooks Online pushes customers, invoices, payments, voids and credits every night. Connect, sign in to QuickBooks, and choose your company. Quotes stay in PortaPro on purpose. A quote isn't money yet, and the invoice it turns into is what gets sent. On QuickBooks Desktop? It's a real live connection, not a file export. A small connector runs on the computer where your company file lives. Xero and FreshBooks work the same way. Whichever you pick, you'll set a start date first, so history your old software already sent over is never posted twice.
