Step by step in writing: Reviewing and Sending Cycle Drafts
Transcript
When customers are on rate cards, you don't build their invoices by hand. PortaPro drafts every one as each billing cycle comes due. All you do is look them over before they go. When drafts are waiting, Invoices tells you how many, and what they add up to. They're grouped by billing period. A period that already ended without being sent sits at the top, so it can't be forgotten. Open a period. Every draft is listed with the customer, the amount, and exactly who it will be emailed to. Expand a draft to check its lines before it goes out. Change who receives it right here. And if a customer shouldn't be billed this period at all, skip it. The draft is removed, and it won't come back tomorrow. Not sure about one? Uncheck it. It stays a draft, and you can come back to it later. Continue, and choose when they go. Send now, or hold them until the cycle's date and let PortaPro send them on schedule. Large batches send in the background with a running count, so you can close this and keep working.
