Step by step in writing: Event Layouts: Draw Where Everything Goes
Transcript
Will a hundred and twenty-eight guests fit under a forty by sixty? Where does the restroom trailer go? An event layout answers that before the truck leaves the yard. Every layout is drawn to scale, right on a satellite photo of the site. Your own products are on the left, each at its real size: tents, tables, chairs, the dance floor, restrooms and generators. Drag them onto the drawing. Tables come with their chairs, and everything snaps to half a foot. Click anything to turn it, copy it, lock it in place, or type exactly where it sits. Reference marks, like a barn corner, give the crew a fixed point to measure from. Check works out the capacity and warns about anything overlapping, too close to a tent's stakes, or crowding the tables. It's a planning guide, not a code inspection. Order compares what's drawn with what's booked, so twelve tables on the drawing and ten on the order doesn't surprise anyone on setup day. The Customer tab shows the layout on their quote or through a share link, and can ask them to approve it by a date. And the install sheet prints the plan with every item numbered and measured from those marks, for the crew on site.
