Transcript
A generator that runs dry at a job site means lights out and an angry phone call. Here's how PortaPro tells you before it happens. Under Inventory, Generators lists every generator and fuel tank you have out on rent. Each one's fuel is estimated from its last reading, and flagged when it'll drop to a quarter tank. You set that level in settings. This light tower is out of fuel now. The burn rate comes from the real readings your drivers record, not the spec sheet. Book refuel puts a visit on the schedule, and the fuel added gets billed on that visit. When a service visit is already booked before it runs low, PortaPro says it's covered, so you don't send a second truck. And a unit without a reading yet just asks for one on the next visit. Below, maintenance comes due by engine hours, by date, or both, from the hour meter readings, so oil changes happen on time.
