Think of the dashboard as the board on the wall of the dispatch office. It's the first thing you see, and it's live. Up top, how many stops are planned today. It refreshes on its own every minute. Then anything a customer has asked for in the portal: supplies, a pickup, an extra unit. Click one to deal with it. Company overview gives you invoicing for the last thirty days, today's jobs by type, and your fleet and stock at a glance. Compliance and alerts is the to-do list nobody wants to forget: expiring vehicle documents, maintenance due, low supplies, trucks that need to dump. And today's routes shows every stop with its driver and its status as the day moves. The sidebar is grouped the way the work is. Day-to-day holds customers, jobs, routes, money, and agreements. Below it, your equipment, trucks and yards, then the team and the admin side. When you know what you want, skip the menus. Quick Search finds customers, jobs, invoices, and screens by name. The two things people do most, create a job and add a customer, sit right at the top. Along the bottom: the assistant, a unit tag scanner, quick add, light or dark mode, help, settings, and your notifications. The assistant answers how-to questions in plain English while the screen you're asking about stays open beside it. And everything about how your company runs lives in Settings. Start there once, and the rest of PortaPro follows your rules.
