A rate card is the deal written down: what's at the site, how often you'll be there, and what it costs. Get it right once, and the jobs and invoices follow. Each customer's rate card is on their Sites tab. This line sums it up: the rate card sets the service, the jobs are created from it, and dispatch puts them on a route. Every site is listed with its units, how often they're serviced, and what a billing cycle is worth. Edit service plan opens a site's lines. Each line is one kind of unit: how many are on site, and which product they are. Then the price per unit, and the period that price covers, like every twenty-eight days. Tick taxable if sales tax applies. Frequency tells dispatch how often to send a truck: weekly, twice a week, monthly, or on call when the customer asks. Pick the service day. PortaPro tells you which days that area is already being worked, so stops stay grouped. Bills From is the day billing starts. If the units landed partway through a cycle, the first invoice is prorated from that date. Add a unit type for anything else on site. Fees like a damage waiver go under Additional Charges. Save, and the service jobs show up on the dispatch board, ready for a driver.
