Step by step in writing: Rescheduling a Missed Stop
Transcript
Rescheduling a missed stop takes four clicks, and it starts on the job itself. Here's SVC-1023 at Holbrook Orchards, still open from Thursday. Its history says so: missed on Thursday, needs rescheduling. Open the menu at the bottom of the job. Choose Reschedule. At the top is Mike, who had the stop, on Monday, his next working day, zero miles from the site. One click takes it. Critical make-up is already on, to be done by eleven. Press Reschedule. The stop moves to Monday, with Critical make-up switched on. Its history still shows the miss: Thursday to Monday, marked Missed. And on Monday's calendar it carries a red Critical badge, due by eleven.
