When the truck assigned to a job crosses the fence around that job's service address on the scheduled date, PortaPro stamps the job with a GPS arrival time. When it leaves, a departure time. The job's Proof of Service card then reads:
GPS verified on site · 9:14–9:26 AM (12 min)
This is independent of the driver tapping *Arrived* on their phone. That tap is workflow, and only as accurate as the driver's thumb; this is evidence from the truck's own tracker, and it works even if the driver forgot. When a customer says "nobody came", this is the answer.
How the truck is matched to the job
A job on the same scheduled date, at the service address whose fence was crossed, assigned to the vehicle, either directly or through the driver's vehicle assignment for that day, since many operators assign drivers rather than trucks. The first arrival stamps; if the truck leaves and comes back, the later departure wins, so time on site is honest.

Related records from the same fences
The same geofence crossings drive the unit-side records: a tracked unit's first entry into its placement site's fence is its GPS-verified delivery time, and its return to a yard is the verified pickup. See Verified Rental Dates, Job Prompts, and Weekly Reports. Arrivals and departures are records, not alerts; nobody is paged, and they have no Reviewed or Dismiss buttons in the activity feed.
