What this is
Hiring (the page is titled Recruiting) is PortaPro's built-in applicant tracker for the people you hire: drivers above all, and also helpers, mechanics and office staff.
The application never asks for a Social Security number, date of birth or driver's license number. Collect those at hire, the way you do today.
Where: the Hiring item in the sidebar, next to Team. Settings are at Settings → Hiring.

Turn it on
To send recruiting emails from your own domain or a connected Gmail or Outlook inbox, open Settings → Company Sending and pick a sender for the Recruiting (applicants & new hires) row.
Your careers link and website embed code are on Settings → Hiring → Careers page link & embed.
