Posting Openings and Promoting Them on Job Sites
Create an opening with location and pay, then use Promote: a posting shaped for Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, Facebook and LinkedIn with tracked links, Google for Jobs markup, a job feed, and a QR flyer.
Working Candidates: Board, Messages, Files and Interviews
Applications land on the candidate board with a private link for the applicant. Move people between your own stages, message them, collect files, and schedule in-person, phone or video interviews.
Hiring a Candidate: Welcome Email and Team Invitation
Hire sends your welcome email first, then about two minutes later the same PortaPro invitation Team Management sends. Driver CDL details from the application fill in their Driver Details when they accept.
