PortaPro keeps each driver's license, credentials and timesheet on one page,
Driver Details. The Compliance view and the Training tab roll the
same facts up across your whole team, so you can see what is about to expire.
Who has Driver Details
Admin/Dispatch Staff (Team Management → Users, Staff Settings), then
turn on Tech View Access for that person in Edit profile. From then
on they appear wherever drivers do, including Driver Details.
Open a driver's page
use Driver Details in a person's row menu.
If the view says No Drivers Found, nobody active is a driver yet. Admins
and dispatchers appear there once Tech View Access is on for them.
The page shows, top to bottom:

Edit profile at the top opens the same editor as the Users list.
Driver License
Click Add License (or Edit License). The Edit Driver License sheet
asks for:
CDL Class (Class A, B or C).
decide which vehicles the person can be assigned to.
Click Save Changes. Once the expiry date is 30 days away or closer, the
license shows Expiring Soon. After the date it shows Expired.
Driver Credentials (certifications and training)
Credentials are everything else a person must hold: a medical card, first aid,
a confined-space course, and so on. They come from the credential types your
company defines on the Training tab.
To add one from Driver Details:

What the driver sees
Drivers see the same Driver License and Driver Credentials sections on
their own Profile in the driver app.
