The Jobs & Operations group covers completed work, service sites, equipment and drivers. These reports fill in as drivers complete stops in the app, so they are empty on a company that has not started running jobs yet. Job & Route Profitability has its own article: Job and route profitability.

Jobs Completed

Jobs finished in a period, by Driver (default), Day, Truck, Job type, Customer, Customer type, Site or Month, with Jobs, On time, Late and On time %.

  • A job counts on the day it was completed, in your company time zone. A job closed without a completion time counts on its scheduled date.
  • Late means the job was marked completed late, or finished on a later day than it was scheduled for.
  • Cancelled and skipped jobs are not listed.
  • Filter Job type: Service, Delivery, Pickup, Partial Pickup, Swap, On-Site Survey.
  • Detail lists each job with Completed, Job #, Customer, Type, Site, Driver, Truck, Scheduled and Result. A job with no driver reads Unassigned.
  • Gallons Pumped

Gallons recorded on completed jobs, by Driver (default), Disposal site, Day, Month, Truck, Customer, Customer type or Site, with Jobs, Gallons and Avg per job.

Gallons come from the job's service lines as the driver entered them at completion (unit of measure: gallons). A completed job with no gallons entered is not listed. Group by Disposal site to see how much went to each plant.

    Days Since Last Service

Every service site as of a date with Last service, Days since, Next scheduled, Next due and a Status. It opens in Detail, grouped by Customer; also group by Service status, Parent account, Customer type or Account type, and filter by Status.

    StatusMeans
OverdueNext due has passed and nothing is booked
Never servicedNo service has been recorded at the site
ScheduledA job is booked. This wins over everything else, because dispatch has already acted
    CurrentServiced and not yet due
  • A site is listed once it declares units on the rate card, has been serviced, or has a job booked. Inactive and closed sites are left off.
  • Last service is the later of the site's recorded last service and its most recent completed job.
  • Next due is the predicted pump-out date when one exists, else last service plus the site's interval (set on the site, or taken from its service frequency). On-call sites have no interval.
  • Units Deployed

Your fleet right now, retired units excluded: Units, Deployed (on a site or assigned to a job), Available, In maintenance and Utilization, by Product (default), Product type, Customer, Site or Parent account. No date control.

  • A deployed unit's customer and site come from its pin placement, else from the job it is assigned to. A deployed unit with neither is listed under "Not on a site".
  • Units rented in from another company (Inventory → Subrentals) count only inside their subrental window, marked *(subrented)*, with a Subrented tile.
  • Roll-Off Containers

Every roll-off box right now: Containers, On rent, Past pickup, On site, no rental, Booked, In yard, Idle 14+ days, In maintenance and Utilization, by Product type (default), Status, Customer, Site or Product. No date control.

  • Past pickup means the rental's expected pickup date has passed.
  • Idle days count from the day the box last came back, or the day it was added if it never went out.
  • Days follow the box itself: after a swap, the box that came back counts yard days from the swap, and the box that went out counts from the day it was dropped.
  • Filter Status (Past pickup date, In yard 14+ days, On rent, On site, no rental, Booked to go out, In yard, In maintenance) for the boxes to go get or the ones sitting in the yard.
  • Roll-Off Dumps & Tonnage

Completed swaps and pickups on a roll-off rental in a period: Pulls, Tons, Avg tons, Disposal cost, Billed, Net on costed pulls, No cost yet and Missing ticket, by Disposal site (default), Material, Customer, Product type, Driver, Ticket, Month or Site.

  • Disposal cost is what the landfill charged when the rental bills landfill cost plus markup. Otherwise it is estimated from the disposal site's current rates, and the Detail's Cost from column says which.
  • Net on costed pulls is billed minus disposal cost, over only the pulls that have a cost. No cost yet counts the pulls left out.
  • Filter Ticket to No weight, No disposal site or No ticket # for pulls still missing scale ticket details.
  • Service Compliance

Scheduled versus completed service over a date range, with a Tolerance (minutes) setting for what counts as on time. It shows On-time rate, Completed jobs, Late arrivals and Avg delay, a Per-driver breakdown (Completed, On time, Late, Avg delay) and completions by hour of day. Download it as PDF or CSV. Available on Core and above.

    Timesheets

Opens Team Management → Timesheets: hours worked by person and pay period, with overtime classification.
