The Inbox
Customer texts, emails, portal messages, calls and requests in one place, with replies that land back in the same thread.

Transcript
One customer texts about Tuesday's delivery. Another emails about a quote. A third asks for a pickup in the portal. None of that should be stuck on someone's personal phone. The Inbox collects every customer conversation: portal messages, texts, emails and logged calls, newest first. Filter by channel to see only texts, or only emails. Then by status or owner: what's still open, what's snoozed, and what's assigned to you. Open a conversation to see the whole history, no matter who on your team answered. A reply goes back the way the customer wrote in, so a text gets a text. Internal note leaves a comment only your team can see. Beside it, the customer at a glance: their balance, upcoming jobs, and what's on site. Requests is the to-do list. When a customer asks for supplies, a dumpster swap or a pickup, or books online, it lands here, sorted by type. Book the job from the request, and the request closes itself once the job is done.
