Some stops just don't happen. A locked gate, a long day, a road that's closed. What matters is that none of them quietly disappear. When a stop's day passes and nobody finished it, it lands in Needs attention on Jobs and Dispatch. So does any stop a driver reported a problem with. Click Reschedule. PortaPro suggests the days a driver is already working near that site, starting with tomorrow for the same driver. Pick one, and the date and driver are filled in. If this customer can't wait, turn on Critical make-up. The stop gets a red badge and goes to the front of that day's route. Reschedule, and the driver is told. If the stop shouldn't happen at all, dismiss it instead, with a reason the office can read later. And with the missed stop report turned on in Settings, dispatch gets one summary at the end of each day, so nothing waits until the customer calls.
