When a driver is out, give every open stop on their day to another driver, in the same order, with the truck if you want.

Eddie calls at six in the morning. He's sick, and he has twelve stops on Thursday. Here's how the whole day goes to another driver without touching a single stop by hand. Open Routes, then Week. Every driver's week is on one board, and Eddie's Thursday reads twelve stops in the Cleveland West Side area. Click the day. His run opens beside the board, in route order. Click Give this day to. The day is already filled in. For a longer absence, set a last day and every day in between moves too. Pick who takes the stops. Andre's Thursday is empty, so he gets them. Pick a reason. Out sick is right here. If Andre should drive Eddie's truck, leave this switch on and Fleet gives him that truck for the day. Before anything moves, it tells you exactly what will happen, day by day. Click Give twelve stops to Andre. They land on his day in Eddie's order. If the route was already sent to phones, they go after his last stop. Stops Eddie started or finished stay with him, and each driver gets one message, not twelve. Wrong day, or Eddie feels better? Undo, right on the confirmation, gives back every stop Andre hasn't started, and the truck. And Eddie's Thursday is his again.
