Everything your trucks do on a given day lives on one page. It's the screen a dispatcher keeps open from the first call to the last pickup. The calendar shows one day at a time. Step through the days with the arrows, or jump straight to a date. Going Out lists deliveries and service visits, and Coming Back, below it, lists the pickups. Each row shows the customer, the site, the time, the driver and the status. Click one to open the job. Search and the filters narrow both lists to one driver, one job type, or one status. Needs attention collects the stops that didn't happen: a missed day, or a problem a driver reported from the site. The Dispatch tab is for handing out the work. Drag a job from Unassigned onto a driver, and it's on their phone. The map puts every stop, truck and site in one view, with layers you switch on and off, and each driver's progress down the side. And the Service Board lists every site with units out right now, grouped by area, so a site that's gone without service stands out. New work starts with Schedule Job, up in the corner.
