Step by step in writing: Invoices, Payments and Statements in the Portal
Transcript
A bill you can't see is a bill you can't plan for. In the portal, every invoice is in one list, with what it covers and how to pay it. Open Operations, then Invoices. The newest bills are at the top. Above the list sit Autopay, for when you'd rather not think about it, and any credit you have on file. Credit comes off your next invoice by itself. An unpaid invoice shows its due date, and a red Overdue tag once that date has passed. When your provider offers a cash discount, you see two prices. Pay by card at the first, or by cash, check or bank transfer at the lower one. View line items breaks the total down, line by line. And Service details lists each visit the invoice pays for, with the driver's photos where they took some. Proof the work was done. Make Payment opens a secure page for your card or bank account. If you save your card there, you can switch Autopay on afterward. Once it's paid, View receipt opens a copy like this one, any time you need it. For your bookkeeper, Activity statement lists every charge and payment over the dates you pick, and Balance statement shows everything open today.
