Step by step in writing: Customer Portal Overview
Transcript
When is the next service? What do I owe? Can someone bring more paper to the batch plant? Your portal answers all of that without a phone call. This is the first page you see after signing in. Four numbers up top: how many locations you have, how many units are out there, your next service day, and what's due. Below them, three shortcuts. Order supplies, ask for something new, or write to the office. Anything you've asked for is listed here with where it stands, so you never wonder whether it was seen. And on the right, your balance and a link straight to paying it. Operations holds the details. Units shows the equipment at each of your locations. Jobs lists visits coming up, and every visit already done, with the driver's report when there is one. Invoices is where you pay, download a PDF, or pull a statement for your bookkeeper. Agreements keeps anything waiting for your signature, plus copies of everything you've signed. Consumable Requests is for restocking. Toilet paper, sanitizer, soap, tracked from received to delivered. Messages is a conversation with the office, kept in one place instead of scattered across texts and voicemail. And Settings lets you choose which emails and texts you get, and keep your company details current.
